1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Viversity ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Viversity is an online math education platform that provides structured courses, practice exercises, assessments, and progress tracking. The Service is available in free and paid tiers.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Free and Paid Plans

The free plan provides access to the first two units of any course, including lessons, practice exercises, unit assessments, supplemental practice, and progress tracking for those units. The Pro plan unlocks full access to all courses, units, exams, and features.

5. Payments and Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Settings page. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to access features or content beyond your subscription tier
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract content from the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

8. Intellectual Property

All course content, practice problems, assessments, and materials on Viversity are owned by Viversity and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Viversity is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through a notice on our website.
